Firemaker Fees 2023
Registration Fees
Adults (18+):
Registration fees include your camping fee.
Food Costs
Adults and Youth (13+): $225
Elders (65+) and Older Children (8-12): $150
Younger Children (aged 4-7): $85
Children 3 and under: Free
Food fees for the week include meals for Monday breakfast through Saturday lunch. Sample meal plan here.
Please bring a potluck item for dinner on arrival day (Sunday).

Payment
You must pay for registration prior to the gathering. We expect registration to fill up and will not be accepting registration money at the gathering. **Registration is not completed until payment has been processed**

INTERAC email (e-transfer) payment via your online banking.
If you can't pay by interac e-transfer, please send us an email at info@firemaker.org for a mailing address to mail a cheque or other payment options.
CANCELLATION POLICY- If you decide you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. Withdrawals on or before June 16 will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee; withdrawal requests received on or after June 17 will result in the refund of 50% of your total fees.
